Properties of 2 and 3 Dimensional Shapes

In Maths this week we are learning about describing what shapes look like.
In this presantation you will find a lot of things to do with shapes such as
angels, vocabulary to describe the shapes and many more. This was to prepare

Angles

This week in Maths the Triangles have been learning to Identify and

describe the properties of the 3D shapes. Angles have helped shaped

our learning about the 3D shapes. In this poster I have 3 different kind

of angles. These angles are all different. They come along with a description

and a picture to show you. The crowd this poster will preferably suit are

the year 4's. 

Sticking Around

This week in Numeracy we have been learning the basics of Algebra.
We were given a presentation to work through with a partner. Brooklyn
and I struggled throughout this presentation but in the end managed to complete
it to a high standard. We are now moving on to more complex algebra questions
to improve our understanding on Algebra. Enjoy our presentation!

Maths Work

In Maths we are learning to split numbers into ones and tens to solve subtraction
problems. We were given an example to follow and guide us at to how to do it.

Place Value learning

We are learning to: Use strategies to show the steps I used to solve maths problems using place value. I did today in maths to help me learn more about my digits. I found this very easy to complete due to me already knowing my digits. Take a look to find out more !
